FIX.HER.CROWN!

Fix her crown without telling the world that it is crooked!

I’m a girls girl! I love hanging out with women and over the years I have made quite a number of girl friends! I cherish the times when we would go out for gelato, lunch or even visit each others places. Then of course Covid-19, life and adulting happened and now I rarely see them. Growing up pains! But I am one person who loves to encourage and motivate my girls! I love being their hypewoman and cheerleader because I enjoy seeing them flourish and motivated! Shout out to all my sisters out there! You really are heaven sent! You are Queens!!

This blog idea actually started in a girl friends whatsapp group I created in 2018. Before I created the group I would message my friends and share scriptures and words of encouragement. Then one day I got an idea to simply form a whatsapp group with a few of my friends to share the word of God and our revelations. The group was called My Sister’s Keeper. We would meet up once in a while to hang out, laugh and pray together! I am really all about seeing my girls happy and encouraged. Keep a look out for a post on My Sister’s Keeper. It’s coming soon!

As we approach International Women’s Day, the title ‘Fix Her Crown’ keeps tugging at my heart! I thought of Queen Esther from the bible. Esther was beautiful, strong and favoured and she found herself in a place of great influence. She became the only person who was able to save the Israelites from death at that point in time. She risked her life to save them and took a leap of faith by going before the king without being summoned. She was a world changer, just like YOU! I’m here to tell you that God has got a plan for your life Queen. Esther was an orphan but look where God took her! So don’t despair. Humble beginnings are only that. Beginnings! The things God has got planned for you are out of this world and your mind could never fathom them! Take courage and believe that God is fixing your crown, your palace and your GOLD! Allow God to use you to touch others! Do not hide your crown! Put it on and own it! Let the world see what you are made of! Stand up, speak up, be loud and let your crown shine!

Dare to pursue your dreams! Chase them like your life depends on it and let no one stop you. Like my friend Pineapple said, no one is coming to live for you. No one is coming to make you happy. Do more things that scare and make you happy! Just live! (Pineapple is an amazing dance and fitness trainer by the way. Follow her on Instagram @pineapplecreativestudio) The story of Queen Esther also shows that God will only use you if you are ready and willing to be used…otherwise He will find someone else! So trust God, take courage and take that risk! God has a divine purpose for your life. Will you allow Him to use you even to the point of risking it all?

Most importantly, let’s remember to support each other ladies. Let’s check up on each other and pray together. I really dislike how us women can be jealous of each other to the point of wanting to bring each other down. Instead of getting jealous or feeling intimidated, be inspired! We are all different and unique for a reason. We are all running our races and we are on different paths of our journeys. Trust the process! Praise your fellow sisters if they’re doing well. Compliment them if they’re looking good! Support and help market their business! Follow their blog hellooo!! Lol. Let’s be each others sister’s keepers and let’s fix each others crowns!
